1. Account & Subscription

a. How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

You can upgrade anytime by clicking the “Upgrade” button in your account dashboard.

b. Can I pause or delay my subscription?

At the moment, subscriptions cannot be paused or delayed. However, you can cancel anytime by selecting “Cancel Subscription.”

c. Will my subscription automatically renew at the end of the billing period?

Yes. For your convenience, all subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

d. Can I purchase additional credits?

Not yet. Currently, extra credit packs are not supported — but this feature is on our roadmap.

2. Credits & Usage Rules

a. How many credits does one video ad require?

The number of credits depends on the model and format you choose. Each generation button will clearly display the credits required before you proceed, so you’ll always know upfront.

b. Do different models consume credits differently?

Yes, they do. To make it easy for you, our generation page allows you to compare the credit cost and output quality of the same shot across different models — helping you pick the one that best fits your needs.

c. Do credits expire?

Yes, credits are valid only during your subscription period. For monthly plans, the cycle lasts 30 days.

d. What happens if I don’t have enough credits?

If your credits run out, a pop-up will remind you. Don’t worry — all your previous steps and generations remain safely in your content library, ready to view anytime. To continue creating, you can simply upgrade your plan.

3. Generated Results

a. Why don’t the results always match my exact vision?

Think of it like this: a thousand people can imagine a thousand Hamlets. AI works hard to interpret your prompt faithfully, but it can’t read your mind word-for-word. Sometimes the beauty lies in surprise — and by generating a few more variations, you may find the one that resonates most.

b. Can I edit or modify the results?

Direct editing isn’t available yet. However, you can re-generate individual shots or refine them through post-production steps.

c. Which languages and styles are supported?

Currently, we support English, with more languages coming soon. As for styles, you can choose from nine of the most popular formats:

Film, Illustration, 2D Japanese, 3D Semi-Realistic, 3D Cartoon, Cyberpunk, Comic Art, Claymation, and Oil Painting.

d. Do generated videos have a watermark?

No — your videos are delivered watermark-free.

4. Technology & Compatibility

a. Which browsers and devices are supported?

Minus-AI works across all major browsers. For the best experience, we recommend using it on desktop web.

b. What export resolutions are available?

Currently, we support 1080p, ensuring a premium visual experience.

c. Can I upload logos, images, or subtitles?

Yes, you can upload logos and product images to personalize your ad.

d. Can I directly publish to social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)?

Not yet - but one-click publishing to social platform is on our roadmap.

6. API Integration:Which API does Minus-AI Use in your application?

  • We choose to integrate APIs from the best AI companies into our product:

    • Openai: GPT4o, GPT5

    • Black Forest: Flux Krea, Flux Context

    • Google Gemini: Nano-Banana

    • Kling: Kling v2.1

    • Bytedance: Seedream4, Seedance pro 1.0 1080P

    • Minimax: Hailuo 1080P

7. Payment & Invoices

a. Which payment methods are supported?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards.

b. Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes, invoices are available after subscribing and can be downloaded anytime.

8. Refund policy

At Minus-AI, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience. Please review our refund guidelines below:

  • General Rule — Non-Refundable Subscriptions

    • With the exception of first-time subscribers (see Section 2), all subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

    • This is because credits are immediately allocated and services become available at the start of each cycle, which constitutes delivery of the product.

    • Refunds cannot be granted simply because a user “does not like” the results, as AI-generated outputs vary and usage itself consumes system resources.

  • First-Time Subscribers (Pro-Rated Refund)

    • First-time subscribers are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the allocated credits have been used.

    • The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused credits, at the same per-credit rate of the purchased plan.

    • Example: If you purchased 1,000 credits, used 50 credits (5%), and cancel within 7 days, you will receive a refund equivalent to the unused 950 credits. If you used 120 credits (12%) or request a refund after 7 days, you will not be eligible.

  • Duplicate Charges / Subscriptions

    • Any duplicate charges or duplicate subscriptions will be refunded in full.

  • Technical Errors & Service Unavailability

    • Refunds will be issued in full if credits are deducted due to a verified technical error.

    • Refunds will also be granted if a system-wide issue prevents normal use of the service (for example, prolonged downtime or inability to generate for multiple consecutive days).
